"Poor business practice. I communicated with Cyndi regarding auto insurance, submitted required documents. She explained that we need to wait ~2 weeks for insurance to be active. We went over deductibles and insurance premiums with her. I agreed to wait two weeks for insurance. In two weeks I received a call from Daisy that there was miscommunication and no one submitted my insurance request. Daisy said that I need to wait additional two weeks. Now I don't have insurance for 4 weeks and it's needed so much to communicate to work. So much inconvenience and frustration because of unprofessional behavior. No one apologized for this at their office."
