"Poor business practice. I communicated with Cyndi regarding auto insurance, submitted required documents. She explained that we need to wait ~2 weeks for insurance to be active. We went over deductibles and insurance premiums with her. I agreed to wait two weeks for insurance. In two weeks I received a call from Daisy that there was miscommunication and no one submitted my insurance request. Daisy said that I need to wait additional two weeks. Now I don't have insurance for 4 weeks and it's needed so much to communicate to work. So much inconvenience and frustration because of unprofessional behavior. No one apologized for this at their office."

"First off, Armen is a total gentlemen and helpful agent. He tired to resolve this situation and I appreciate it. But my goodwill and charity ends there. I chose him and State Farm for my homeowners insurance and the experience was initially so favorable, I gave Armen a crack at my auto insurance even though it was slightly more expensive. We are very low risk drivers. I also elected to use State Farm for my homeowners in Chicago. All good right? Wrong. Someone at State Farm decides I’m driving too many miles and decides to jack the rate on my auto insurance by a ton. This despite no claims, accidents, tickets or anything else. Just because they “can” and probably have hurricane losses in Florida to pay for. Auto insurance companies are notorious for this. Insurance companies should incentive good drivers, not attempt to shake them down. Also as a decorated military veteran, this doubly upsets me. I don’t appreciate this from any company so I will be changing my auto insurance PLUS my homeowners on both houses. Nice work Sate Farm. I’ll also be advising the 3500+ members of the veterans group that I run to avoid State Farm. If Armen or anyone else from State Farm is reading this, I’m fuming mad and not going away. I don’t appreciate being treated like this. I want both my rate back to its old level and a written apology from State Farm."
